Prioritization of stakeholders 

Placing stakeholders at the center of the sustainable business strategy requires constant participation with different internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a constant dialogue with these groups that generates collaboration, development, and trust, using various tools to gather their opinions and expectations.

In 2021, stakeholders were prioritized according to their significance for the Company. Their priority was determined together with the Company's different business and corporate units and was based on two criteria:

1. Dependence: Groups or individuals who directly or indirectly depend on the organization's activities, products, or services and their associated duties.

2. Influence: Groups and individuals that may have an impact on the organization or strategic stakeholders for the decision-making process.
