We are very pleased to present to our stakeholders this ESG Supplement, a document through which we disclose information on economic, social and environmental management, in addition to what is disclosed in our Integrated Annual Report.

In response to the need for robust, comprehensive and systemic non-financial disclosure, Enel Américas is evolving towards integrated reporting, which accounts for our performance in the environmental, social and corporate governance dimensions, consistent with the requirements and changes in the contexts of corporate accountability and transparency.

In this context, the purpose of our ESG Supplement is to accompany the integrated report, each year more solid, with a greater depth in those ESG indicators required by the various rating agencies, providing a complementary vision that allows us to balance financial performance with sustainability management, ensuring that we share relevant and accurate information for indexes and raters in which we participate, and for all those who are interested in understanding the performance of our company.

We will continue to advance along this path, remaining at the forefront of our leadership and ongoing innovation in the practice of corporate performance reporting, monitoring and disclosure of ESG management. With this practice we seek to enhance the levels of transparency and trust of our stakeholders and the market, strengthening our sustainability and ESG risk management.
