Luca Lo Voi holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. He has extensive experience in AFC processes from strategic planning to operational planning, management control, administration and accounting standards.
In his almost 37 years within the TIM Group he has been responsible for cross-functional teams within the Administration, Finance and Control Area in Italy and Brazil.
He joined the Telecom Italia Group in 1987 in the Planning and Control Area and subsequently assumed responsibility for the Reporting Function of the TI Group in 2001. He worked at TI Media Group as Head of AFC Planning and Control and then at Telecom Italia Spa in Strategic and Group Planning in AFC and International Development. In 2016 he moved to Brazil to the subsidiary TIM PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A. working in Accounting, Planning & Control CFO. He returns to TIM Spa in 2019 as responsible Supply Chain Governance & Innovation. Subsequently he covered the responsibilities of the Technology & Innovation Office and the Wholesale Projects Office.
At the beginning of 2023 he was appointed Chief Financial Office of Noovle Spa (TIM Group cloud company) and responsible for coordinating the Administration Finance & Control functions of Olivetti S.p.A and Administration & Control of Telsy S.p.A.
Since December 2023, Luca Lo Voi has been responsible for Administration, Finance and Control of the Rest of the World and Net Cash Flow Control of the Enel Group, which covers, in the rest of the world, 27 countries in the Americas, Africa, Asia and Oceania.
