Enel Américas participates in the distribution of electricity in Brazil through Enel Brasil and its subsidiaries Enel Distribución Rio, Enel Distribución Ceará and Enel Distribución São Paulo, serving 15.7 million customers as of December 2023.
On the electricity generation side, Enel Américas participates through Enel Brasil and its subsidiaries Enel Green Power Cachoeira Dourada and Enel Green Power Volta Grande. The generation capacity in Brazil as of December 2023 reached 5,968 MW, with a 100% renewable matrix composed of hydroelectric (21%), wind (56%) and solar (23%) technology.
